Mechanical engineer, Permaculturalist and Inventor
Graduate from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Mechanical engineer. Work full time as a structures specialist at a aerospace company on the west of the island. Travel daily from Utuado to Isabela and due the need of cheap transportation start studing diesel engines and found a viable way that feed my needs. Buy a mercedes with a 3.0lt diesel engine for less than $700 and start experimenting with biodiesel on early 2009. Soon the car collection expand and today owns 3 mercedes 3.0 lt diesels , a F350 IDI 7.3lt 4x4 manual and my last adquisition a VW rabbit with a 1.6 diesel engine and manual transmision.
Due my childhood backgroun I became pasionate about sustentability and soon bacame member of the group that fundate the Permaculture Instutute of Puerto Rico. Following that path buy a 20 acre farm on the montains and work every day to make balance between my life in the farm and my responsabilities with the society. Incorporate Finca Vista Bella inc to generate food and good's looking to fill my daily needs. In 2010 completed a Permaculture Design Certification with El Instituto de Permacultura de Puerto Rico. Since then collaborated with them in the development of farms, permaculture designs, and raw materials and vehicles for the biodiesel clases.
While working full time as a Engineer, continued to develop a passion for organic farming, natural building, and permaculture. Recently create consultant services and collaborating organizations like Puerto Rico Recicla, Pa' Mi Casita and Finca Vista Bella home page.

Recently I found a person selling a VW rabbit with a 1.6 litre diesel engine with a manual transmission on the other side of the island. I go there and see the car and fell in love. Now, I will make the modifications to use good homemade biodiesel.
