My training and work are in the hospitality and food industry. Pastry Chef trained in Paris. I have always wanted a piece of land to plunk a cabin down on and live off grid. Although I have experience planting a garden I have none in permaculture. I have just put an offer on three acres of land in the center of France. This dream will soon become a reality.
I have only just discovered permaculture by someone posting a Geoff Lawton video on Facebook.
It makes alot of sense.
On the land I am purcasing, I would like to create a land share where we grow crops and share the work and the bounty.
I am the proud mama of 3 acres of land...!
