My background is in farming ,as a child I was brought up on sheep and dairy farms in New Zealand.After working in hospital laboratories for some years I spent time working on kiwifruit orchards, then on a small " off the grid -- in the bush " farm.
At present I run a food waste recycling business in Canberra ,Australia,using compost worms and hot composting.My wife and I are developing a large organic vegetable garden and orchard using the compost produced.
We realised the value of permaculture designs and principles and did PDC 'S in early 2013.
