My first love has been health . I have studied Acupuncture in San Francisco, CA, under Dr Pi Lu Fei. Biological Theory of Ionization applied to human body chemistry under Dr Bedoe and Aquaponics under Murray Hallam. Permaculture Design under Geoff Lawton. I became involved with all of these subjects when realizing that teenagers and children had become overweight and sick for lack of good quality foodstuffs . I Researched whether the production from Aquaponics and permaculture were yields the high quality nutrition needed for good health. As I verified different locations, I discovered that most farms and gardens had low quality foods, whether perhaps it was because people were not aware, or the farms were not mature enough . The approach on many organic farms is commercial and their focus is the yield of their crops and not nutritional value , as I continue my journey I will inform you of my findings. I intend to open training site to educate the young and old as their interaction brings forth is key . My desire is to help the poor, and people lacking knowledge of their bodies needs , as well as teaching families to grow their own nourishment. I am a Permaculture Designer Consultant .
