Farm kid raised on a typical Central Texas monoculture farm. The land stripped bare, and miles and miles of corn, cotton, and milo. Acres of cattle over-grazed pasture land supplemented with expensive range meal and round bale hay.
I am a life long student. If I want to learn something that interest me, I go take courses for it. Majored in College in International Business Management. Later went back for a Software Engineering/Computer Science degree. Currently have gone back to college to pick up a Environmental Science Engineering degree.
The current Agriculture practices here in the United States are destructive and the land is dead. My goal is first to feed my family and community, and I would like to demonstrate that we can provide food to a community in a scientifically proven way, in which the mechanisms/ systems are not destructive but are environmentally beneficial.
