We have planted 6000 square meters of vicia sativa as a ground cover. We have also planted, in our zone 1 which is close to the eco house, a garden and a few trees.
They include:
2 peach trees, 2 pomegranates, 2 apricots, 2 bay leaf trees, 2 drought resistant sour cherry trees, 1 fig tree and 1 persimmon.
As for plants:
Asparagus patch, parsley, lettuce, rainbow chard, dill.
