The course will be offered in three consecutive 2 week segments beginning February 10th, 2014. In addition to learning all aspects of cob construction from foundations through roofing structures, workshop participants will have the oportunity to explore one of the most beautiful, pristine beach areas of Mexico. Workshop add-on will include spanish lessons, traditional cooking classes, guided natture hikes with local herbalists, horseback riding, swimming, snorkeling, etc.

An additional second course covering artistic tiling and earthen finishes taught by Maximillian Zubio (maxzubia.blogspot.com).
