Jan Åberg : Congratulations Topher! As expected, a very nice design, that we all can learn something from. Interesting to hear that your house is called Hjälmaren. I did not understand your note about the name, however. What did you refer to? For me Hjälmaren is a Swedish lake, which most probably got its name from the ancient nordic word jalm/jalmr which means cry/scream/whine... So the correct translation would be something like "the whining/stormy lake". Lake Hjälmaren, 483 km², is one of the biggest lakes in Sweden and indeed a very beatuiful lake -- with strong winds.
