Come participate in this unique PDC certification course, January 2016!
In addition to 72 hours of Permaculture fundamentals, the teaching team will be opening up their combined skill sets and experience to offer an exceptionally holistic approach. Hands on instruction will be offered in the areas of animal care, cheese making, natural building, solar, raw food preparation, mindfulness practice, and natural horsemanship.
The site, located 300 yards from one of Mexico’s most pristine, swimmable beaches, and a 15 minute walk from a charming traditional fishing village, is an ideal location to both enjoy and learn.
The Instructing team includes Andrew Jones who has taught and lead Permaculture projects on 5 continents, Axel Gutierrez, Masters Degree in Sustainability and studied under Bill Mollison, David Holmgren, and Geoff Lawton, Shenaqua S. Jones, trained holistic healing practices instructor and raw foods educator, Dan Gair, natural building educator, and Holly Hunter, artisanal cheese maker trained at the University of Vermont Artisanal Cheese Program.
