Social worker and plurilinguist, cultural mediator, social worker, farmer and co-founder of the project Saja.
I manage several orchards and food forests designed in Permaculture around Sicily with a particular focus on pioneer plants, exotic policultures, sustainable and holistic approach to chicken breeding, aquatic biomes and forestry regeneation of soils.
Following several years of travels and adventures between Middle-East, North Africa and South America, working with NGO's and associations in Italy and abroad, i moved on the banks of Simeto River in Paternò (Sicily) where from 2011 to now i continue tirelessly to design and work at this project that became an important Hub of sustainable practices, and plant-animal and human biodiversity!
Got in 2019 the teacher Diploma from the Italian Academy of Permaculture.
I'm crazy for botanics, love spirituality and i love to organize events and courses to deepen the knowledge on traditional practices, natural cultivation, respecting the earth and it's inhabitants.
I also work a lot in network building among producers and consumers to promote a solidarity based economy to sustain the small farmers that aim to reach self sufficiency and high quality of food production.
Developed several permaculture courses in Sicily from 2016, along with other teachers of the Italian Academy and the Sicilian Permaculture Network.
