Operating our farm has helped me recognize the need for improving the land and environment. I have always had a great interest in growing things, and tending livestock. I was looking for techniques to improve soil and capture water when I came across some of Geoff Lawton's videos.

I immediately realized the value of permaculture and signed up for Geoff Lawton's permaculture design class. I submitted a design for my son's property and have received notification that the design was accepted and I will be receiving my permaculture design certificate.

I am excited to help others improve the use of their land, and to help them understand the importance of restoring the earth's vitality and the nutrition in the food they provide for their families.
