This week will be a process of understanding and integrating how yoga and permaculture support and integrate with each other. This will be done engaging a wide variety of learning modalities with multiple hands-on projects, discussions, exercises, lectures, photos, and videos. Together we will practice both yoga and permaculture exploring and unfolding both the relationships between them and the underlying unity. Morning and afternoon yoga sessions plus daily hands-on projects balance the wide and varied information and understandings presented during this week.
