See the pictures below. They're just some examples we have dozens more slowly growing out. I'm especially pleased with the first picture, finally we managed to germinate cacao seeds :) The 'secret': high temperature and moist medium (germinated under the bed in a constant 26º - 30º environment). The other pictures speak for themselves.
