Originally from the UK. As a child I grew up in Saudi Arabia. During this time my family travelled a lot in Asia, which opened my eye to some of the many cultural differences and similarities in our world. I studied Geology and Geography, at Oxford Brookes University.

After university I helped set up a Permaculture community with 4 friends, in the south of France. We hosted wwoofers, grew a large percentage of our own veggies, built our own houses etc.

Currently living just north of the Sunshine coast, Queensland. Recently complete my PDC with Geoff Lawton. Looking to start consulting, and getting more practice with larger scale water management. Hope eventually to start getting experience in Aid work, and one day start teaching.
