- Life In The Soil (Soil Ecology / Microbiology)
- Compost (Advanced thermal and vermi-composting)
- Compost Tea (Advanced course in making compost teas and extracts)
- Microscope (Brightfield microscopy techniques and organism identification for soil and compost/tea assessment)
