After a year volunteering in Guatemala at Instituto Mesoamericano de Permacultura (IMAP) in 2009, I'm back in Australia brimming with ideas. I did my PDC at the end of 2009 and decided to embark on a life more permaculture.
I will soon be teaching permaculture and am looking for opportunities to do so, having done permaculture teacher training with Rosemary Morrow. I'm also working part time for a government environmental agency, trying to influence my workplace with permaculture thinking.
I'm the cofounder of Permaculture Inner North, a local group that covers the Moreland, Yarra and Darebin municipal areas in Melbourne. This group sits under Permaculture Melbourne. After an amazing (and frenetic) time coordinating the Victorian permaculture conference in Melbourne in 2011 (where Permaculture Melbourne celebrated 30 years) I am now Vice President of Permaculture Melbourne.
I have begun working in and evaluating permaculture overseas aid projects.
