Joanna Pearsall
Joanna works with her partner Bryan Innes in several projects.
Awhi Turangi Trust
Awhi Farm, a project of a bi-cultural trust, formed to create Centre of Sustainable Practice. We work with local people, creating gardens, orchards, living spaces, community and local resilience
Advising businesses, community organisations, iwi, hapu, whanau and families about saving resources, including money, in their daily lives. Creating integrated low maintenance systems for housing, food gardens, transport etc.
Interest-Free Community Savings Pools
Bryan and Jo have created an interest free finance system based on reciprocity. This system is currently in use by various groups, each with its own aims. It depends on people working together in small groups and deciding together how to utilise their funds to advantage each and all of them.
