As of this moment in time, I am an over the road truck driver, teaming with my husband. He and I have completed Geoff Lawton's Online PDC, initially for our own use in the development of our property which we call Fort Tracy.

We became first aware of then totally obsessed by permaculture applications thanks to Jack Spirko's podcast "The Survival Podcast". We heard Geoff Lawton speak and were hooked.

In the future, we hope to become professional designers and teachers, using our 83 acres as a school. We are determined to prove wrong the general assumption that, in our area, cattle ranching is the only thing possible because of the lack of aquifers to provide irrigation for farming. We will make our place the exception that not only proves the rule, but writes a new rule!
