About Eva Saldaña Buenache

Mother Earth, Education, Ecology, Participation, Action, Mountains, Water, People, Dreams, Birds, Diversity, Love, Permaculture, Peace, Creativity, Smiles,Family, Friends, Travels, World, Facilitation, Passion, Motivation, Moon, Games, Dance....

These words tell you something about me!! I try to put all of them in my backpack to travel around the world and give meaning to my life.

I studied Ecology and I was working 3 years in Autonomous University of Madrid in Ecocampus, something as a Green Office where we worked in Environmental Management and Environmental Education Programs.

I was working as AID worker in Saharauis Refugees Camps (Argelia), Costa Rica, Perú and Argentina, participating in diferent projects about waste management, community development, ecoturism and environmental education.

After that I spent 6 years working in Greenpeace Spain within Participation and Mobilisation Department.

Then I decided to travel around Scotland, New Zealand and Australia to live in some Ecovillages and Intentional Communities and learn-practise more about Permaculture.

Last year, I have been working in SPERI (Social Policy Ecology Research Institute) as International Cooperation and FFS (Farmers Field School) Network Coordinator, living in beatiful HEPA (Human Ecology Protected Area).

I was lucky at the end of the year visiting Bustan Qaraaqa in Palestine, a great project too!!

Right now, I have returned to Spain where I'm trying to build up a small Permaculture farm project in community in Madrid, little by little...

Looking forward to meeting you here ;-)!! Miles of smiles, eva
