Ibraheem H. Naqeeb is a Bangladeshi-American.

He came across Permaculture in 2011 and did a PDC in early 2012. He then went on to do a ten week internship at PRI Zaytuna. He also spent some time as a volunteer at Melliodora, David Holmgren's farm and homestead.

Ibraheem worked as a consultant and teacher with Earth House; Home for Sustainability Education which is an alternative school currently under development at the outskirts of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He organized and co-taught the first Introduction to Permaculture course in Bangladesh on March 2013 with Giovanni Galluzzo of Murujan Permaculture Malaysia. He is interested in large scale eco system restoration, intentional communities and eco-villages, subsistence farming, and education. Ibraheem has a particular interest in creating a Permaculture education and demonstration site in Bangladesh where it would be of of much value and service and is greatly needed.

[Update: Ibraheem is currently pursuing higher knowledge abroad and will be less active in permaculture work for the time being.]
