I grew up in Japan and then travelled/lived overseas for many years as part of my career before returning to Japan at the end of 2008.
Over the years, I gradually came to think of changing lifestyle to more natural and have been doing so in some ways.
To make it happen more fundamentally, I with my family relocated in this place in 2011 and have our land and house here.
Since our move, I gave my deeper thought to the new environment, and in process of putting it into perspective, permaculture which treats and designs actual life environment in holistic and integral nature as an ecosystem greatly attracted my attention.
Having taken the PDC now, I plan to apply and practice it here locally and slowly while continuously observing the nature and learning from it.
Helping permaculture practice broaden into local community level is my long term interest.
The crops I planted this spring went to stomachs of wild deer.
