Maged El Said has been in the Sinai for decades, he has become an upstanding character in his community and one of the pioneers of the tourism industry, investing in both a camp and an organic farm development, after years of working for others and himself.
He has a keen interest in permaculture and is interested in pioneering techniques to help build food security and self-reliance amongst the Bedouin of the Sinai, providing an alternative to their current heavy dependence on the tourist industry.
In the desert of the Egyptian Sinai near where Moses parted the Red Sea, there is a green paradise: the organic "Habiba Farm". Come spend time with us and relax. Learn about the Bedouin culture and rediscover your peace of mind. Volunteers welcome!
