I am a self taught chef by trade. I cook all my own foods from scratch.. Including my own condiments, cheeses, ect. I specialize in ethnic and gourmet.
I came to be interested in permaculture as a way to understand the many facets of gardening and producing food. In an attempt to control my own food security and health.
Without land I am currently applying permaculture practices to my balcony and living room. I guess you could say I'm zone 0.
