I was a Buddhist monk from 1986 to 1993. I did the PDC with Hector Hill in Brisbane in Jan 1994. I have applied my Permaculture knowledge in small ways since doing my PDC, but have not been able to develop a whole property. From mid 2008 I became a Buddhist monk again, with the monk's name Dhamma-daaso (Dhamma-darsa) Bhikkhu.
I have been concerned about the environment since a young age. I was looking for new skills after disrobing and asked Centrelink (which was then the Department of Social Security - government department looking after the unemployed) to fund my PDC course.
I have been restudying Permaculture materials and have done the PDC offered online for the first time in 2013 by Geoff Lawton.
I was invited to Chile to develop a sustainable living centre, which was to include teaching non-ritualistic meditation and teaching and applying Permaculture to regenerate 10 acres of land. Went there end of 2013, but that did not work out, but based on the design I did, they received funding of one million pesos to implement swales.
Now I'm back in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

They offer one on one courses, including a dipoloma.
geofflawton.com has an online PDC and here is another one. This one is offered twice a year.
