I have a BFA in graphic design and my job involves geospatial systems (GIS) touch application development, which basically means I am a web developer by trade. I have a great interest in creating and problem solving so I work with my mind and hands often to create solutions.
My journey into the world of permaculture began when I was 16 and wanted to be vegetarian, three years later I went vegan and kept at it for 15 years. From the world of eating healthy I was exposed to hydroponics and had a desire to grow my own food. I then developed a very strong interest in aquaponics which led me into the world of permaculture via youtube. I have been devouring all information I can find on the topic now.
I am saving for a couple years so I can purchase land and start up a permaculture project of my own. Where it goes from there I don't know but I do know I am a great teacher having taught several topics in the past. I have flirted with the idea of an eco village and building my own place, only time will tell.
