Got the oppotunity to teach a session on needs, functions and outputs and a general lesson on chickens in permaculture systems on the PDC at Southern Cross Permaculture Institute.
It seemed to go OK, I was getting lots of questions and no one fell asleep or looked like I was talking complete nonsense!
It seems that I fell into my normal habit of speaking too fast through nerves but generally I think I got the points across and hopefully gave some ideas to the course participants.
Anyway no dig practical, water harvesting and woodlot management left to go!
