Heading to Speri

We are packing our bags and heading to the HEPA farms in Vietnam for six months!

SPERI is an NGO partnering with PRI that helps indigenous peoples in Vietnam. 

Check out www.speri.org/eng/ or do a search for HEPA on PRI web site.  Craig Macintosh has been a few times and taken some lovely photos.

I'll be reporting back via updates here and PRI website on our adventure.  And when I say we, I mean me and three of my four daughters who will be with me.  Unfortunately my wife can't make it so it will be the four of us living on the farm with the Hmong people and other SPERI staff.

We fly out in 8 days!  (10th of March)

Marty Miller-Crispe : Hello everyone from Luang Prabang, Laos! We're here at the moment to check out the new site at Long Lan village for the community supported Farmer Field School. Heading back to HEPA next week, but could easily stay here as it is so nice! I have set up a project for SPERI on this site, so check it out.
