PC principles used in Organizational Management

Using a case story of the planning/execution of the European Straw Bale Gathering 2011, the .ppt goes on to clarify how PC design can be used for design of participatory organizations.

Unfortunately many PC students have been taught that permaculture design is for some kind of garden/landscape design...Well, here's a demonstration of how we used it very differently:

Richard Telford : Great presentation that you've put together, illustrating the design principles and ethics in the Strawbale gathering. It would be great if you could include a credit to the source of the principle icons that you used - www.permacultureprinciples.com.
