As I write, and look back at these updates, I wonder-how realistic is my planning?  As I think my direction will go this way...and it goes that way.  How can anything work out, when so often what I think will happen, and what actually happens are so different?  Yet whether due to my ineptitude, or wisdom, things work out.  Often even better than I imagined.  

So here I am, writing the words you are reading right now.  On February 26th  I will be marrying a wonderful person-Bobbie.  On March 5th, we will be leaving Wisconsin, spending some time with family in Arizona, then will be arriving in Brisbane on March 13th.  I will be talking with some people from Gold Coast Permaculture about working with them, and hopefully will find some workable situation between GCP and PRI Australia and ? (open to other possibilities if opportunities open).  During our time in Australia I am hoping to experience and participate in a diverse array of urban and rural permaculture activities.  We are hoping this experience will help refine and give direction to our work together as a permaculture team.  

I will try to keep this site more updated with our opportunities and experiences.  I encourage you, as you follow our direction, to provide comments, to suggest alternatives or possible connections.
