Management Intensive Grazing is confined to ridge areas, reducing fuel loads. Managed forestry in valleys with grazing inside forests where slope permits. 6  x 720-800m2 north facing house lots overlooking valley dams. Each envelope will be developed up to earthworks stage allowing individual building & garden creation. Main gravity water supply also installed ahead of lot sales. Gravelled access services all building envelopes with grassed (mostly ridge) access serving the remainder of the property: the latter being suited to ATV or tractor use.
