Janell Kapoor founded Kleiwerks International [1998-2013], which facilitates regional community initiatives that put natural building & ecological design into the hands of the people, while creatung ultra low carbon footprint buildings that makes sense for the planet. As an avid mud mama, community organizer & visionary catalyst, Janell Kapoor co-instigated the natural building movements in Southeast Asia, South America & Turkey, which have reached hundreds of thousands of people.

Janell Kapoor is currently based at her residential urban homestead in the oldest mountains on the planet in southern Appalachia (Asheville, NC). This beautiful sanctuary iis home to edible, medicinal & pollinator gardens, water catchment systems, recycled stone courtyards, natural buildings, many a butterfly & bird, as well as fellow human resisdents. Janell Kapoor hosts local community gatherings & events, including changemaker retreats and practices that nourish the inner landscape.

Janell Kapoor currently offers systemic, solutions-oriented constellations & consultation to individuals & organizations that do good. She is dedicated to the champion within each of us, and to the possibility that we may live in balance with ourselves, each other & this most beautiful planet we are blessed to inhabit.
