I have worked in permaculture design and practice in the UK and across Europe since 1995. Over the years, I have been active in many different fields, with an emphasis on the restoration of land, buildings and communities. Over the years I have been project manager of a bioregional restoration project, trustee and chair of the Permaculture Association (Britain), and have helped to run and set up a number of cooperative housing and land projects. From 2006 to 2011 I torued the UK and Europe, advising and supporting permaculture practitioners. Right now my passion is research adn development of polycultures, and I am working on a book on the subject.
At the beginning of 2012, I moved into Wheatstone House, a co-housing project in the Welsh borders. We are restoring the 100 year old buildings and turn them into a showcase of ecological living. We will be producing and processign food, fuel wood and timber, running courses and events.
