Keith has been involved in Permaculture since 1997, when he was terminally infected at his first PDC on the Island of Molokai in Hawai'i. He went on from there to intern with Douglas Bullock & Family at the Bullock Brother's Permaculture Homestead on Orcas Island.
He has worked on projects throughout the USA, Hawai'i, Mexico, Costa Rica, New Zealand, & Australia. Keith’s passions include whole-systems design, traditional agricultural systems, water harvesting earthworks, agroforestry, horticulture, learning, eating, traveling, and raising his 3 children.
From 2009-2013, Keith was co-founder and director of Pacific Basin Permaculture, a North Kohala based professional landscape design consultancy that specialized in land planning, project management and education throughout Hawai'i, California, the Pacific Basin and beyond.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Planning & Design from Rutgers University (USA) and a Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Melbourne (AUS).
