The New Year is full of excitment and I chose to harness both my energy and excitement by creating a new tool for theraputic uses. Although the art and science of permaculture is vast, the construction of a raised bed lends to the blending of both with a eye towards...well safety.

I have completed and am now enjoying the fruits of my labor, but wish to convey the tips and techiques I have used in its construction. Over the next few months, I will revist the plant selection, planting success and failure and lessons learned.
