Intending to complement my PDC with some hard experience and knowledge specific to my bioregion at the time, I took a few courses at La Ferme du Bec Hellouin in Normandy, a renowned micro-farm run in accordance with the principles of permaculture. Wild plants, foraging, permaculture farming and setting up your own farm were all covered and provided me with a huge amount of inspiration for my own project.
