I am a Landscape horticulturalist/designer/ Project manager and certified CANARM (Canadian Ass. for Rainwater Management) Rainwater harvesting professional. Coordinator and spokesperson for FUAL (Friends of Urban Agriculture in Lantzville Society).
Since my early days in horticulture, I have always been drawn to an organic more holistic approach, this was instilled in me by several mentors. During the past year I have found myself been draw more and more towards permaculture, not only from a design perspective but also as a means of taking a positive step forward in addressing our current environmental concerns.
I'm currently enrolled in Geoff Lawtons online PDC which is very exciting. Once this is complete I will be adding permaculture design to the list of services I provide. I'm also hoping to start a permaculture group in the mid Vancouver Island area.
