In November of 2013 we ran a workshop on earthworks and food forest establishment. The class was mostly hands on, during this class we installed over 500 feet of swales on contour.
We did do some classroom time though. This presentation was on the fundementals of food forest establishment. I never really thought about adding it to Permaculture Global but decided that today would be a good day to do just that. Hope you enjoy it...
