Cabbage and new potatoes (both grown on no-dig ground that was cleared and manured by the chickens), a couple fried eggs, cucumber & tomato salad from the polytunnel (with the tomatoes grown on goat manure), a glass of goats' milk and an apple or two fresh from the tree. Only the butter, salt and pepper were not our own.
Give me that over dinner in a fancy restaurant any day.
