Hey permies, I just got back from an incredible weekend with Edible Food Forests expert, Eric Townsmeier. I attended this advanced permaculture class in Miami at the Earth Learning Center. They have an awesome permaculture farm thats just getting started. Eric was great and he opened our minds to new permaculture possibilities with super crops and efficient planting techniques. We planted a human fodder bank with moringa, chaya, tamarind, and nopale cactus. Best of all was getting connected with the other permaculture geeks in Florida!
