So its fall in Florida and now is the time for gardening, learning, building, connecting, and loving the earth. Our Orlando Permaculture Design Course is now onto our 3rd week of class and were studying plant guilds, food production, biomimicry, soil building, mushrooms, and all kinds of good stuff! So far everyone is stoked on the course! We have a full class of 13 students, an awesome chef, and several guest instructors including Marabou Thomas, Richard Powell, Jim Belcher, Zak Marimon, and Joe Pierce. We just keep riding the wave and learning and growing!
