The cold climate wild highbush cranberry crop is heavy this year and I loaded up. Picked two gallons of fruit, for the second time this year, in no time flat.
This particular berry has a tart burst taste, and the juice works so well with honey when made into a jelly or syrup. The taste truly dances the palate.
