I have been researching gleying for a mate of mine that is involved in a project in an area in Central America... is that the system that you used or did you utilize some other practice?

Mark Domingo : Hey there James. Good to see you too. Created a horseshoe water retainer actually. It was makeshift at best due to time constraints. I was in the middle of the rainy season when I started and wanted to catch as much rain as possible. Found out using rocks, soil, and plastic liner around the pond would do the job. Leave the bottom open so water will permeate through. Thank you for referring me to gleying. I heard Sepp Holzer is really good at that topic.
